Entretien
Interview was scheduled for 45 minutes during which the interviewer came i was before time he didnt introduce himself and asked me for introduction during which it seemed he was the least bothered. He asked me to share my screen and gave me a coding question after which he went on mute and when i started discussing he seemed preoccupied with something the same thing happened for an hour where he would go on mute seem disengaged and would we working on something else it was a complete waste of time & energy.if you have to just give 4 coding questions and not discuss a word it better to send a hackerearth test and save others time.

After the HR (whose email said she worked at dspTechnologoies) approached me through Naukri and told me about an opening at IoT83 and asked my expectations. An interview round was scheduled. First Interview: Questions asked: Volatile/Transient in Java, Collections, Streams related questions, Some DB (MySQL) related questions. Experience: Neutral. They were expecting you to know the core definitions. No logical questions asked. No coding. No skill related questions. No design related questions. Just definitions. If you know them great. if you don't too bad. Verdict: Passed. Second Round: I got selected to the second round. Interviewer came a bit late and told me he forgot to take a look at my resume and then took another 5 minutes to go through that. I feel like he had already made up his mind by then or maybe was in a hurry. He only asked me two questions. One I answered. One I said I haven't really used/worked directly on this part of the project. He said ok. Am done and cut the call with no chance for me to even express myself or even ask any counter questions. Questions: 1. What is the difference between Component and Service? (Answered.) 2. Connecting to DB through Hibernate in Spring. (Told him we use jdbcTemplate and don't use hibernate. I don't really know how this would work as I haven't worked on this or DB much.) After this is just left abruptly. Once again, no logical questions, no coding skills, no project knowledge asked. Guess he also was looking for exact definition answers to all the questions and/or for perfect answers. Giving this interview "Average" rating just because nobody at experience of 4+ years would think of mugging up the definitions to everything before sitting for an interview. I was more ready for coding, system design and logical questions and/or project related talks.
