I was first invited to an introductory meeting with HR, where we went over the important details of the job I applied for. This meeting made everything clear for me and no questions remained unanswered. Following the first initial meeting, HR kept in touch with me and at no point did I feel like I was neglected. In fact, from the first message I felt like the company really pays attention to it's employees. Then I had the chance to partake in a more technical interview. I talked with two senior researchers and throughout the meeting, the feeling if sympathy towards the company just deepened. The interview didn't feel stressful at all. In fact, I had fun. The logical task they prepared for me was especially interesting to solve. I also had the chance to talk with one of the founding members. I immediately felt just how clear and professional of a mindset he had. This made the picture clear, about how and why the whole process felt so fluid and professional. All in all, I had a great time through the interview process, 10/10 would recommend :)
