I first applied (unsure if the date) and then got the automatic email on 30 June 2024. Nothing since then until 13 September 2024 to complete two different tests, completed the first test in one day and got the link for the second test on 14 September 2024, completed the second test 16 September 2024 and just waiting for a response from that.

The entire process was done without meeting a person. There was a test gorilla c2 English and Critical thinking stage; there was also a stage where I was tested by being asked to provide prompts and responses that satisfy conditions considered when training an AI

The screening process was very lengthy, first will be the English timed test. Then a SFT type assessment, which is typically the entire process but in my case they was and additional 3 assessment catering to the specific project I would take. Overall for this position there isn't an actual interview just multiple screening.
