      Completely online and there was one English assessment following which I received another assessment for my backend role which has logical questions in Python. Questions were moderately tough. It seemed like an automated interview process, I expected more of a human interaction with the candidates they are interviewing.

      Long (1 hour), then you get an email for next assigment. It was quite difficult, it has 4 segments (reading, listening, speaking and writting). I passed but declined next interview, because why so much time for low pay and not sure if I will get a job

      Test and interview. The test was hefty from written test then psychometric test then if you passed it you will get an interview. The interview process usually begins with submitting an application, followed by an initial screening (often a phone or video call with HR). Successful candidates may then face one or more rounds of interviews—technical, behavioral, or panel-based—depending on the role. Some companies include assessments (tests, case studies, or coding challenges). References are checked before or after final interviews. If selected, the candidate receives an offer, negotiates terms, and completes background checks. Finally, onboarding begins. The process varies by company, role, and industry, taking anywhere from a few weeks to several months.
