I recently had an interview at InvideoAI, and it was a unique experience. Instead of a formal interview, it felt like a casual conversation about my role, with questions about metrics and a practical task. I even had an in-office work trial. My interview with the Invideo interview was really amazing. I mean this is the fastest any company has ever responded to a candidate and hired as well. My first call was with the HR to understand the role and arrange an interview call. The next day I had an interview which was to understand my previous experience and understanding. The next day I was invited to the office for an assignment round. The next day when I went to the office, I could feel the vibe and the environment was so calm and soothing yet energetic. The assignments were a great way for me to realize what my day would look like, what task I would work on. After the assignment the next day I recieved a call for next assignments. After all the assignments, I got an offer letter and immediate joining after two days!
