J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez InvestorPlace en août 2020
Entretien
I interviewed about 3 times and the last interview included about 4/5 interviewers. It was pretty standard and pleasant, until I met with the last interviewer in the final interview. I believe he was the Gen. Manager--though I'm not sure--and he spent our entire conversation arguing with me about terminology used in the biz. It was incredibly the strange--I got the impression that he disliked me immediately upon meeting me. He turned his nose up at my PBK honor society induction, and at one point, when "correcting me" said, "not to be paternalistic, but, it's actually...." Would he have used that word if I was a male candidate? Seems unlikely. Of course, it's not the most sexist thing in the world, but it's still unprofessional and upsetting. Everyone else was really sweet, but luckily I had another job offer, so I took that one!
