The technical round of the interview was quite disappointing. The interviewer came across as unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. Even when I provided correct and well-explained solutions, he seemed confused and more interested in asserting his superiority than engaging in a meaningful technical discussion.
It was also concerning to hear them openly mention weekend work expectations, especially given the relatively low salary being offered compared to the workload and responsibilities discussed. This gave the impression that employees are viewed more as resources than valued team members.
The interviewer’s attitude felt dismissive and unnecessarily arrogant, making the experience feel more like a time-pass exercise rather than a serious hiring process. Overall, it reflected poorly on the company’s interview culture.
