The longest interview process I have ever experienced, my first round took place two months ago and they still have not been able to make a decision. The interview consists of three rounds that are split into seven different rounds that include technical and behavioral. Two of the interviewers did not show up and it took a tremendous amount of effort to reschedule it, when it finally happened, the interviewer did not apologize for not showing up and jumped straight into a list of questions. It took almost three weeks to complete all the interviews because all seven rounds were scheduled on different days. Looks like the hiring manager does not have a timeline in filling the role and she is trying to interview as many candidates as possible while leaving all the previous candidates waiting.
