For someone who resides out of state, you will be required to go through at least 3 rounds of phone interviews before they invite you to their office. The phone interviews are with HR, the person you report to if hired, and your future colleagues. Applicants who passed phone interviews are required to take writing test and technical test.

The interview process was ok and questions were also of medium difficulty. I didn't accept the offer because at the time of interview they said there budget is high but after the interview, they won't give the decided offer. Also there was a very unprofessional behaviour by investco HR. Before releasing any offer or intimation, they directly contacted to my current company's reporting manager. It created problems for me and also affected my appraisal
Cool interview process with comfortable arrangements, manager and team lead will make sure we are at comfort and ease the interview process. There are total of 4 rounds with written test, panel round and manager round.
