Had one 45 minute video interview with the HR recruiter and the hiring manager that left me speechless... in a bad way. Interview suggested that they wanted someone with more experience than the entry-level posting and pay suggested. Location they were hiring for was also different than what was posted.

What is the difference between quality assurance and quality control?
The first step was a phone interview with a recruiter. After about 1-2 weeks, a teams call was scheduled with the team manager and lead. The final interview was in person, a week after, with the team manager and VP.
