Applied and got contacted by a recruiter a while later about the initial phone screen interview. I was sent a link to the calendar to schedule the interview, which I did and responded via e-mail, also confirming in writing that I did so. When the call time came recruiter never called. No email, no follow-up. Pretty ridiculous...unless she had a personal emergency or got let go, I'd expect some follow-up. It puts me off to apply with the company in the future.

Really smooth interview process. The hiring manager had interviewed me 3 years ago and remembered me and reached out to ask me to apply. I did a presentation with a panel, followed by break out technical and behavioral interviews in groups of two. I received a verbal offer next day, went on a tour the following week where I got to demo the robot, and accepted the offer within the day.
