They are very focused on the fit of the person and having a consensus on the candidate, given this, prepare to interview with just about everyone! It can be overwhelming to have 1:1s, panel and presentations. I felt that while you were on display, it was really hard to flip that to the team you were meeting with. I think they miss the two-way street of an interview as a result. They want to know if you are a fit, but you aren't really able to do the same, given the structure.
