Very thorough multi round interviews both via Zoom and in person at HQ. Peers, potential reports plus senior execs and CEO. Some questions overlapped, several themes including cultural fit were recurring. All performed in very friendly and open style discussing opportunities and challenges and plenty of opportunity for me to ask questions. By conclusion I felt that they and I had a good idea that it was a good fit.

The interview process was expeditious and well organized. Over 8 weeks I had eleven interviews. During that time the recruiter was in regular contact. The recruiter was incredibly knowledgeable about the company and able to answer all my questions along the way.
