I was contacted by the Executive Recruiter very promptly after I applied online. He did a great job explaining the role and answering all of my questions. He also did a wonderful job addressing any sticking points upfront and showed a willingness to find a way to make things work for both parties. I had an initial zoom interview with the hiring manager and subsequent interviews with various team members (a total of ~5 hours of interviews with a total of 8 people). The interview process and schedule was very well organized and clearly communicated. I received an offer 8 days after my final interview. The interview process was very smooth and communication was great from my the initial conversation to the time I signed the offer!
