Read this. Very disappointed overall that a company like Intuitive treats candidates this way. This is how many interviews I had. 1 recruiter phone call and 2 video interviews with Hiring manager and peer. On-site scheduled quickly and had 4 rounds of onsite with team members and panel round. Felt like it went well. After a total of 7 rounds and wasting my time, they did not even have the courtesy to send a rejection. It’s been a month and came to know that they hired someone else through a friend. Someone else I know went through same experience. So if you haven’t heard back from them, know that you are not selected. They will leave you hanging if you are not getting an offer. Really hope they do better in future.
