Entretien
I applied online, and I had a recruiter screen following by a hiring manager call. After the hiring manager call, I heard back from the recruiter that I passed and would hear back with next steps. Three weeks pass by, and the recruiter is not responding to my messages. Eventually, I received a generic rejection e-mail.
Interview process comprised of a power day with 4 rounds, revolving around a system design question with the entire team. Then follow-ups in the subsequent interviews based on it. Preparation would be subjective to the team and the tech-stack you are interviewing for. For instance if a team uses AWS cloud resources then system design would be based upon leveraging the tools provided by AWS.

Entretien
It had 3 rounds, first Technical Interview where they asked a Simple LC question. Hiring Manager round it involves mostly the behavioral questions and the previous project experiences. Final was with clients that was both technical and behavioral combined. The fractal team itself was very helpful and a smooth interview process but I cannot say the same about their clients. It took 3 weeks to complete all the rounds. The HR team is amazing I would say in conducting and clear feedbacks in each stage.
