The interview process was fine with good communication coordination for interviews until after the third interview. I asked and was told that someone will get back to me in 3 days with an answer. That was when I got ghosted. Two follow up emails from the recruiter went unanswered. Not getting an offer is fine, not providing updates are not acceptable and unprofessional.
