The recruiter called over the phone to discuss the different openings they had on the team for Mailchimp, we then got into my resume and the different things I shipped at my current company

Got a screening invite from the recruiter. It was mentioned that the Hiring Manager loved the profile and the recruiter is here to check if it's a good fit.
Recruiter confirmed a good-fit and relevant experience. I was waiting for the first round and got an abrupt rejection email a few days back

Pretty smooth, had a sourcer call, hiring manager call, then a panel and a few 1:1 interviews. It was a case and then followed by other questions.
