J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intuit (Boston, MA) en janv. 2016
Entretien
Two back-to-back 45 minutes interviews conducted on campus via the school career program. Both interviewers were reasonably senior employees from the Marketing team and extremely welcoming and friendly. The first interview was a discussion on a marketing case that the recruiting team had sent out in advance. The second interview was mostly behavioral trying to assess my knowledge of the company and my fit with the company's values. I was left time on both interviews to ask them questions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
First interview was essentially about ideas and hypothesis how to improve the conversion of sign-ups to purchases for a specific website provided by the recruiter (there was more detail in the case).
The second interview was behavioral. The questions were the usual: tell me about yourself, why intuit, do you know our company values? Which ones do you identify yourself with? Tell me about a time you had to be bold.

I was told I wasn't their top choice, but they'd still keep me on hold until they talked with their other candidates. It was incredibly unprofessional, although I was glad they let me know within 1 day of interviewing there. The results of the interview made me very uninterested in pursuing the role.

Very easy and friendly. I first spoke with a recruiter, then was interviewed by two people for the first round, then by two more for the second round. Then chatted with my hiring manager.
