If you’re selected for an interview you will do this through hireview. You will record yourself giving answers to questions ask. There is also a knowledge text to see what you really know about tax preparation.

Entretien
The video interview consisted mostly of technical tax questions, only one or two typical personality related interview questions. Mostly multiple choice but there were also 3 video responses and 2 short answer questions.

Timed tax questions along with a question that requires you to send an email response of a tax question to a mock customer. Then a phone interview with a recruiter to determine credentials and availability.
