J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intuit

The recruiter reached out and chatted, saying they would follow up soon after. Seemed disconnected with the answers I gave and didn't understand how it related to the role, when I literally had someone valuable on the leadership team referred me to apply. Never heard back. Quite disappointing.
Contacted by recruiter after applying. Process started with a phone screen, followed by a proctored pre-recorded interview, and live interview. The live interview required me to present solutions to two case studies.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intuit (Atlanta, GA) en janv. 2026

The process was straight forward and very easy. I did my recruiter screening and immediately was pushed forward to the next step which was a recorded question and answer session which I did the next day. After the hiring manager reviewed my recording they moved me to the final step which was a Case Study presentation. While not the easiest case study, I was given plenty of time to prepare and encouraged to reach out to them with questions so I was fully ready. After I did my case study, I was told by the team I would hear a decision back by within a week, but they reached out with a verbal offer less than 5 hours later, and a full written offer within 24 hours. Couldn't ask for a better or more straight forward process, can't wait to start the new role!
