The interview process seemed to go well, I got the position offered (after deliberating rejecting due to a low pay rate offered), but I accepted the offer. After going through unusually numerous onboarding steps I finally got to the point when I was supposed to set up my work schedule with the help of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Intuit. The coordinator repeatedly scheduled phone calls with me to set up my schedule, but either cancelled with extremely short notice due to "technical difficulties", or no notice at all. I even emailed her my availability so all she had to do is respond with scheduled hours, but she insisted that we have a phone call. I decided to rescind my job acceptance because my time and effort was clearly not valued by the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and the payrate was low, let alone enough to compensate me for all the effort I was putting in which was not valued.
Video questions w/ recorded answers. 90 minute long assessment. It was a total of 20+ questions. Only 2 were multiple choice. There were 4 situational questions that required a typed statement of your response to the client, etc. I felt like I didn’t have enough time to be as thorough as I would have liked but I am a fast typer, so my answer was sufficient.
