Great interview process without unecessary stages.
There were three stages in total, a HR call, a call with a senior member of the team to discuss experience, and a final call with the hiring manager and another member of the team which included some scenario based/technical questions as well as a live practical.
All interview stages were remote video calls.

There were a number of scenario based questions on paper as well as some technical output and questions based on that.
And lastly I was asked to show how I would manually exploit two of the OWASP top ten vulnerabilities on a vulnerable app they had opened for the interview process.

The process was amazing and focused on Appsec ie source code review and wasp top 10. The interviewers were friendly and the process was smooth, the interview was bit lengthy.
