My interview experience with this company was the most unprofessional I have encountered in my career. The process was characterized by poor communication and a fundamental lack of respect for my time and effort. Initial Scheduling: The recruiter scheduled my interview outside of my stated availability. While I was flexible and rearranged my schedule, it was the first sign of poor coordination. Lack of Preparation Details: I received crucial information about the onsite interview format only three days beforehand, providing insufficient time to prepare adequately. Complete Communication Breakdown: Following the final onsite interview, there was complete silence. A polite follow-up email I sent after a week was ignored. Insulting and Incorrect Rejection: The final decision was delivered via a generic, automated "no-reply" email on a SATURDAY. Not only was the weekend timing disrespectful, but the email was factually incorrect, stating the company was not moving forward to the "interview stage" after I had already completed the final onsite interview. This entire experience was disorganized and raises serious questions about the company's internal processes and culture. I cannot recommend it to other candidates.

First step: Casual conversation with a technical recruiter about the position and why you want to leave your old job as well as formalities like notice period and so on. Second step: Interview with the hiring manager (usually your line manager) with behavioral questions and technical questions about the technologies required for the role. Third step: (Depends on role) Technical interview with all sorts of questions, in this case it was a coding interview with a few technical questions mixed in. Fourth step: Virtual On-Site Interview. A series of interviews (3 or 4 single interviews), you will be told what each interview is roughly concerned with. Most are coding interviews, there might be system design, collaboration with product and design, or else. That's it, you will receive feedback after this. Good luck! :)

1 hour interview process with two engineers from the team. Discussed past projects, internships and work experience. The interviewers were friendly and easy going. Also, asked C++ questions in depth.
