J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intralinks
Entretien
I had a phone call, then an in-person meeting where I met with 3 or 4 different people, including the head of product marketing... which seemed excessive. It was really standard stuff. They really took their time though - probably a month for the whole thing.

How would you advertise a financial software product?
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intralinks
Entretien
Pretty standard interview questions and process of phone screens followed up by a face to face with the hiring manager. The role was within my ability and experience level and I came prepared with samples and anecdotes to back it up however the feedback shortly after was thanks but no thanks. Apparently they are holding out for some holy grail, golden unicorn of a candidate because many months later they are still actively recruiting to fill the role. Ironically, I've even gotten calls about the position from other recruiters too. You have to wonder how necessary a position is if they can afford to take that long in their search!? Reviews on here say this place has delusions of being Google in how selective they are in the hiring process yet lacking in the culture, product or anything else to merit it. Yup, I can see that. Given their accuracy there and seeing a lot of the other concerning things current and past employees have to say, I'm actually really grateful it didn't work out!

Question 1
Nothing difficult or unexpected. Got the sense with one question that they were just fishing for some free ideas from me which again, is unsurprising behavior given all I've heard about this place.
