I was contacted by the CEO through LinkedIn network. After an interview over the phone, I was asked to fly to the headquarters to meet face-to-face and have the main interview. All expenses were covered. The interview was held over two days and I was interviewed by several persons from the company to understand better how I would work in the environment with different stakeholders. The final interview was held with the CEO.
