I completed a phone screen that lasted about 20 minutes. I was asked what year I graduated with my bachelors, which to me sounds like a covert way of asking "how old are you?" It felt inappropriate and I cannot think of a legitimate reason for asking such a question.

I had multiple short & long phone interviews followed by a 2 day 7 person individual interviews, 1 group interview, they had me give a presentation, and I was given a math test as well as behavioral test.
