J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intersnack Group (Ratingen) en juin 2020

      Entretien

The HR side at Intersnack seems to be treated as a joke. I received the invitation to interview from an intern who couldn't communicate effectively in English, even though the corporate language at Intersnack is English. Also, there was a strict requirement for English language competency, in order to be considered for the job I had applied to. However, the communication could not, actually, be handled in English. When I accepted the invitation to interview, I was only sent a link to connect to the video interview, without any other information. When I asked for the basic details for normal interviews, such as the name(s) of the interviewer(s) and their job titles, the reply I got was: "This is the first phase in our recruitment process, therefore, you will be interviewed by one member of our Leadership Team. Unfortunately, I cannot provide you the name of the interviewee [sic.]." This was supposed to be a professional job interview, and not a blind date! When I logged in for the interview, the interviewer, who was also, as it turns out, the hiring manager (I had no idea whom I would be meeting with), expected that I would know who she was, her job title, and that I would have researched her in advance. She told me repeatedly: "as you saw from my job title" or "as you saw from my information". As the coordinator for the interview refused to share any information whatsoever, I had no way of knowing who this person was, or what her role was in the organisation. As I found out during the interview, the hiring manager was looking to replace herself and she was the only one conducting interviews for the advertised position. The HR coordinator was, in fact, the hiring manager's intern, so she should have known who the interviewer will be.  Based on my experience, and the hiring manager's own admission, they are trying to cut costs, by getting interns whom they don't train, to handle HR matters. They seem very disorganised and not really aware of their own requirements, such as fluency in English.
