I wanted to share my recent experience with Interprefy. The interview process lasted about two weeks, during which I had two interviews. After the second interview, I followed up via email to check on the next steps, but unfortunately, they ghosted me, very unprofessional.
Pretty demanding "quizz-like limited time" interview for a job of technical support and a low-mid salary. And thats the first one. If you pass that you will encounter a second one with two interviewers cross-firing bunch of unrelated questions just to get you confused and of your guard. And then at the near end of the interview you will get out of the blue yet another quizz-like test and then even less time (2minutes). The biggest irony is that the second test is you literally solving the problems on a job position for witch you didn't had any training - you just applied for that job. That test by all means can't show how good or bad of a worker you'll be. Let me remind you, all of that is for a lowest job position in a company - technical support. If you even pass the second test (meaning you don't need training and you have long time experience with that kind of job) then you sit for two months without any feedback from the company. Did you get it? Did you fail? Did you made to the top 20? Did the company disappear?
