Multiple rounds with different members of the company. questions were regarding my experience and very casual every round. They all felt very genuine in their questions and I was under the impression I did well and met all their needs but in the end they passed on me after 4 rounds. There were a lot of rounds and apparently still more to come which I don't think were necessary but they did mention their retention was great so perhaps that was the trick. I wish they had provided feedback on why they passed.

Two rounds of interview with a recruiter, followed by an online assessment. Interview with a director, then an interview with potential team. Didn't make it to the final round interview with the COO.
