I was scheduled for an interview on a weekend when every one was in a holiday mood. I was grateful the manager showed up at the office at a very short notice before he went on a family vacation. To my surprise the interview was very informal

Comfortable. The interview was like getting to meet someone new. Received a tour of the facility and possible areas that I might work within the building. Was asked when I would be available.
