The selection process began with an initial idea pitch, followed by an AI-conducted virtual interview. After successfully clearing that round, I was selected as one of the top 10 candidates for the final face-to-face interview with the Internshala team. The interview went exceptionally well and primarily focused on a deep dive into the idea I had initially pitched.

Did my internship through them many years ago. It was a so-so experience. They did provide good opportunities but my boss turned out to be a seggsual predator. The overall experience of finding the job was fine.
