People are good. Colleagues are really helpful, friendly and understanding. However, there is pressure enough to disturb your mental peace. Sometimes, even after leaving for home, you might have to wake up all night to work on your laptop. Extremely tiring. But, I guess, for freshers, it will be a great learning opportunity which will prepare you the best way for the world outside.
