Brief interview with recruiter to share more about my background and understand the role in more detail. After initial discussion, they said I would speak with the leader of the team, who would be the direct report. The recruiter and I agreed that the role is a strong fit for my background, but they were paying way less than market so I decided not to pursue the opportunity further.
