It was a standard structure for interview (personal connection to the cause, skillsets, what if scenarios and conversation afterwards. I was interviewed by friendly interviewers and gave insight into the position.

Applied online and was contacted for a screening phone call 3 weeks later. Following that 20 min interview with the Volunteer Coordinator, I interviewed in-person with my prospective supervisor at the office for 20 min.
