I was contacted on Monday evening about an interview on Wednesday morning. They changed the time twice and I had to wait over an hour on Zoom before they showed up. I was expecting behavioral questions but all I got were general questions about my thoughts on the project and no question specific to the role of Caseworker.
I waited for three weeks and when I followed up I got the rejection email.

The interview process was very straight forward. I met with an HR person for a screening interview and then was asked to do a second interview with employees at the IRC.

applied online, did an interview with HR, then 2 more interviews with different managers. it was a long tedious process. you need FIVE references. the questions are behavioral questions. watch youtube videos on common interview questions and it will help you a lot. they ask if you have ever served that population you are applying for.

Had one HR interview and one manger interview
HR Interview: A screening call with an HR representative to verify application details, assess motivation for the role, and discuss relevant experiences.
Manager Interview: A more in-depth session with the hiring manager focusing on technical skills, handling of casework scenarios, and behavioral assessment to determine your fit for managing complex cases and working under pressure.
