J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez International Rescue Committee (Baltimore, MD) en nov. 2016
Entretien
Interview was simple in nature, but comprehensive in content. Interviewer took the time to discuss concerns and to offer critical information relevant to various levels of the institution.
Interviewer was to-the-point and prepared the candidate for their experience there, in terms of social interactions, what would be expected in terms of job responsibilities and productivity. Interviewer was also genuine, made sure to advise and to remind candidates of his / her availability of support / open communication, in case of conflict, or concern and generally reassured candidate(s) of their being welcome and valued at the IRC, especially those candidates offering voluntary / intern support.

2 rounds, both behavioral, very straightforward and nothing surprising. Be your true self and have a passion for NGO is the key, otherwise you wouldn't enjoy the work even if you got in .
