Entretien
A competency test on the computer, followed by a short tour of where I would be working, and lastly an interview with the shift manager of the department and a member of HR. Took about 2.5 hours.

If you saw a safety shield was falling off and maintenance had to shut the machine down to fix it would you keep running or tell maintenance about the safety issue?

Entretien
Multiple people were interviewed on the same day but each person was interviewed individually. After the interview we were able to take a tour of the plant and got to see what we would be doing should they decide to hire us.
