It took nearly six months for me till I got accepted for the job. Four different interviews, all with different people. All of the interviews got different topics such as personal skills, management skills, job requirements and presenting yourself. However six months for four different interviews are kind of frustrating for me.

A series of questions that describe logistical preferences which then led to a series of behavioral questions. The behavioral questions were pretty straight forward but some of the questions had difficult wording.
Was given a phone call interview about the programs. The next step was to do an onsite interview. We asked about my background and mostly talked about the role. The opportunity was great but the growth was contingent on moving to other places/factory locations.

I first applied online, then waited a few weeks to hear. First a phone interview and screening process. Panel Interview with upper management, mill tour, and plenty of time to answer questions.
