J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez International Paper (Fond du Lac, WI) en mai 2016
Entretien
I applied and was initially contacted in April. Process was unnecessarily protracted (3 months). Initial phone screen and then 2 onsite interviews. Each onsite was exactly 1 hour and consisted of standard "tell me about yourself" questions and a few behavioral based questions. Interview team was Plant Manager and two employees from business unit management. Made me feel comfortable, at ease and welcome during the entire process. Job was reposted several times while I was in-process though and this made me feel like I was a holdout in case they couldn't find someone more to their liking.
4th interview was to again meet the senior staff at a restaurant when I assumed (incorrectly) an offer would be presented. They asked similar questions regarding my style of employee engagement and project management. They offered feedback in a day or so and that never happened. My interest waned and I contacted the company and withdrew my application more than 2 weeks later with no reply.

Overall it was a very straightforward process for first position, which I appreciated. There was an initial phone interview with recruiter, then zoom interview with hiring manager three days later. Offer followed the next week. They move quick.
