The entire process took 2.5-3 hours.
I walked into the building. The front desk told me to enter a room and fill out an application. Then she gave me a chemistry test with 9 free response questions. A lot of math problems and chemistry equations. Know your stoichiometry and definitely practice limiting reagent problems. Read the long explanation by the other dude below; he's pretty spot on. Then I did the weighing test. There is a manual weighed scale and 32 vials filled with different chemicals, you write the number on the vial, describe the color, determine liquid or solid, and write the mass (g) to the hundredth decimal. You are timed. Most people can do it in 20-30 minutes. The numbers follow a pattern but occasionally some are different. This is a test to see how well you accurately process and record information in a rushed environment. Handwriting matters apparently. They emphasize having legible numbers. Then i had the interview. 3 people talked to me explained the position. They told me they'd grade the test and let me know in a week.

The interview was quick. I had to take a multiple choice test. Follow by the interview. The interview questions were okay. I didn’t like how the managers interviewing me were on their cell phones.

The receptionist first had you complete a high school chemistry level quiz, and then you are timed and judged with how well you note down and describe chemical samples. After, you have the person to person interview with the managers and HR.
