Phone interview and in person interview with Manager, staff and CEO. They tell you after the first interview give them a call if you are interested. Then they set up second and final interview with CEO.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. More personality focused. I had to go through multiple rounds to meet both the Sales staff as well as senior management. They make you feel very comfortable as everyone working there is very personable.
