Skype interview as I was in another country. It was just with the country director. I also had to do a powerpoint on something I had read. And then I need to add words, otherwise I cannot keep reading.

Entretien
In sequence: cover letter & CV, written test by email, interview with presentation to be prepared, interview with line manager. They're a bit disorganised, and the panel can really vary. As a general rule, the country office jobs are much better than those at HQ in London (with exceptions). Having worked for longer than the average applicant and probably with more job-relevant experience than some of those who interviewed me (academics), it was pretty straightforward.
