After I solved the riddle and submit a tiny website, I had a good tech interview with two developers, then interview with the CEO and then I got a contract. The whole process took about two weeks - super fast for a Danish company.

Question 1
In the tech interview they look to see how you handle something you've never tried before. It wasn't easy but it was fun. I think that's a good way to find fast learners.

Unprofessional and below industry standard. It is very clear the CEO has no experience and believes his view is the only one which counts despite his lack of experience and know how.

Entretien
Submit the solution to a programming task. This was pretty straight forward.
First interview is a technical interview about the previously submitted solution.
Second interview is with HR.
Last is a lunch with the team.
