One on-site interview, called by the internal recruiter.
Interview took 2 hours, no tour, just arrive, answer questions, and leave.
Manager was became agitated when I asked about telecommuting.
No follow-up, no rejection email, nothing.
Behavioral based questions related to competencies on the specific role. Interviewed by HR and then the hiring manager. Entire process took a few weeks and communication was decent. Competencies were Korn Ferry and the questions were the typical "Describe a time" or "Tell me about a situation"

Applied on line, after couple of weeks got the call from recruiter who spoke to me for good 30 mins. He scheduled phone interview with the hiring manager which went well, Next step was they wanted me to come in office for face to face interview, 3 to 4 individuals took interview for 2 hrs .
after 2 weeks got the offer.
