The interview started out as a phone screen through a recruiter. Then I went to a face to face in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I then waited for an offer and took 2 weeks to negotiate salary going back and forth.

1 hour interview with a small panel of engineers from the group including the hiring manager. Questions were more informal than I would have expected, short section of questions related to "tell me about a time" STAR format questions.
