Quick and straight forward. Had to answer written questions relevant to role before interview. After that the interview focused on those questions and some general interview questions. There were 3 people on the Panel, 2 Managers and a colleague who was in the role I applied for.

After applying I was required to do a written test online that included several exercises. Then I had an interview with 4 people at the same time which asked very different questions.
