I received a LinkedIn message from a recruiter about setting up a phone interview. She asked questions about my work history and a explained in detail what are the branch coordinator would be doing. The recruiter made sure to let me know that all of the staff was millennials and how they love to have fun and basically go to bars drink and etc. I was also told about how the culture was that they holler out curse words in the office. I was also told about the salary which was good. I didn’t get asked for an in person interview but after the call I wasn’t interested due to the culture.
