I went in for one in person interview after initial contact was made. Talked about my work history as per usual and that was all. Was offered a job the very same day I did the interview.

Pretty simple for me as my way in was through an extended family member who put in a good word. Called said person that I was looking for work and a day later I got a call to come in for the interview.
