Go through recruiters, new to the interviewing process.ask for a lot of references. Everything is done digitally via text or email. First round, 30 minute phone interview, if you pass that you have a one one( face to face) interview….. after that I don’t know

Too much paperwork to fill out & something's are already prefilled so pay attention. If you work here you are not being paid well, they are low balling you. Know your worth. You can make more money at Home Depot or Aldi's.
